The characteristics of ozone

Ozone, which has the scientific name O3 is created by combining three oxygen atoms. It has a high oxidizing ability, which is effective for disinfecting and sterilizing. It can kill most bacteria in the water or in the air. It is accepted as a broad-spectrum, effective disinfectant and antiseptic. Ozone is an important component of our atmosphere. Our atmosphere contains 0.01-0.04ppm of ozone, which balances the level of bacteria and mildew in nature. Ozone is also created electrically in nature during active thunderstorms. The electrical discharge creates that positive sweet smell that we understand as clean fresh air.

The molecule of ozone is inherently unstable and tries to break down into the oxygen molecule as quickly as possible. This is what makes ozone such a great air and water cleaner. The ozone molecules need to combine with something in order to break down, so they end up oxidizing organic compounds and turn them into harmless carbon dioxide and water. Because ozone quickly breaks down into oxygen, it's considerably less toxic than disinfectant chemicals like chlorine. It has been called "the cleanest oxidizer and disinfector".

3、How Ozone Kills Microorganisms

①、Ozone can combine with amino acid and breaks through protein.

②、Ozone destroys viruses by diffusing through the protein coat into the nucleic acid core, resulting in damage of the viral RNA. At higher concentrations, oxone destroys the capsid or exterior protein shell by oxidation.

③、Gram negative organisms, fatty acid alkyl chains and helical lipoproteins are present. Ozone may also penetrate the cellular envelope, directly affecting cytoplasmic integrity, disrupting any one of numerous levels of its metabolic complexities.

Ozone Water treathment

1. Yes, it can decompose items with toxic chemical by continuous rise by water mixed with this device.

2. a) The generating of ozone is through discharge of high voltage.

    b) The general specification of tube to be applied are 1/2PT or 1/2PS. It may be connected to device O3OZ-6008 / O3OZ-7008 / O3OZ-8008, the tape water will mixed with ozone instantly and the tape water out from the device is nanometer generated water (ozone water).

3. Yes, the density is up to 0.5PPM or above.  The device is only provide the effect of killing bacteria, removed chlorine, sterilizing and removing odor but remaining the mineral matters in water. Whenever the tape water through the device, the tape water to be treated by ozone and come out with pure quality tape water (it may process the sterilizing before making the bottle of spring water).

4. Yes, the grade 0.5 PPM meets to the use of medical level while the general use in sterilizing, it just required 5 seconds to 60.  It is not required for 4 hours in sterilizing.

5. Correct, the length of time in sterilizing depends on the type of bacteria and the thickness of cell membrane,  The sterilizing rate can reach to 99.99%, besides it has the effect on removing the residue of pesticides and extending the freshness period for foods, this is our guaranty for all users.

6. Yes, for solving the questions on above, the best device to use is O3OZ-6008 / O3OZ-7008 / O3OZ-8008, this is the feature of nanometer generated water.  It is not only without restriction of more of less in use, but also may instant killing germs or bacteria and removing the residue pesticides.

(1)   STERILIZING BY ULTRAVIOLET RAYS:

IT IS FAST BUT TEND TO  HAVE “HIDING EFFECT”, BECAUSE THE LIGHT GOES BY STRAIGHT  WAY, ULTRAVIOLET RAYS HAS POOR PENETRATION, THUS DURING  THE STERILIZING PROCESS, THE DUST MAY ALLOCATE THE ULTRAVIOLET RAYS, THE GERMS BEHIND THE DUST OR FLOATING  MICRO PARTICLES WON’T BE KILLED BY ULTRAVIOLET RAYS, THE STERILZING WILL BE IMPERFECT.

(2)   STERILIZE BY HIGH TEMPERATURE:

IT CAN’T COMPLETELY KILL GERMS EITHER, ALSO IT MAY MAKE THE ORIGIN SUBSTANCE LOSE IT’S ORIGIN SCENT BECAUSE SOME GERMS REMAIN SURVIVE UNDER 150℃.

(3)   STERILIZING BY ℃ MEDICAL TREATMENT:

INSTALLATION AND USING INSTRUCTION:

1.      INSTALL THE HANGING RACK AT WALL.

2.      PLACE THE UNIT ON TO THE RACK.
